Replace energy mix factsheet section with a retirement notice#298

It doesn't have enough space using the the new tag as is: So I reduced the font in the tag (notice this also affects the other section with this tag): If this font reduction is not desired, we could restore the previous size and make it fit by changing the title of that page to "Energy mix" instead of "Energy mix infographic" or some other text that still fits. Notice that this would also change the text everywhere: the sidebar, the navigation path, and the page header. |

Context
The visuals depicted in the scenario energy mix infographic and the texts and charts in the scenario report are outdated and can become confusing. They often fail to load when we change the modelling, and we only find out during deploy testing, which makes them even more of a burden.
