fix(i18n): update French translations for tagline, add all missing keys

🧭 Context

The npmx tagline was updated from "a better browser for the npm registry" to "a fast, modern browser for the npm registry" to better reflect the project's intent. Additionally, many new UI features have been added since the last French translation update, resulting in 67 missing keys.

📚 Description

This updates that key and adds translations for all missing keys (except vacation.* because I'm removing that in #1682).
