Rationale for this change
There are currently around 10 specialized aggregation implementations (streams such as AggregateStream). We have comments describing each variant, but no high-level overview. This PR adds one.
It's mostly a aggregate planning overview, and brief intuitions about existing aggregate streams, plus pointers.
