- Small improvements to the Snakemake logger (main thing: better way to compute the makespan)
- Change to the Workflow constructor, so that the runtime system version is set to "unknown" as opposed to version when not provided (was weird to say "because I don't know your version, I'll just say your version is the same as mine"!)
