fix: align default untracked env patterns with Turborepo

Summary

• update the default untracked env list to match the current Turborepo reference
• add Linux/X11 session, loader injection, GitHub Actions, and Windows install-path env patterns
• replace the exact Corepack entry with the broader COREPACK_* wildcard
