Local build testing

• I built this PR locally for my native architecture, (x86_64)
• dependencies opencomposite and xrizer are additionally build for i686 (to support 32 bit games)

WiVRn is a VR streaming server for standalone headsets. opencomposite and xrizer are two optional back-end translation layers it can use. xrizer is more modern and performant, but less compatible. opencomposite is old and stable, but not as performant. Both options are provided.

After prodding the dev, a new release of xrizer is available (0.5). I'll update this PR after i've had time to thoroughly test my build of it.

I have finished testing xrizer 0.5 and can confirm it works well! I did a polish pass over the files and am removing the WIP mark.
