Adds a new manually-triggered GitHub Actions workflow (prepare-release-1.yml) that automates preparation of 1.x releases: validating inputs, pinning swagger-codegen/core/parser dependency versions, running a release-candidate Maven build, drafting release notes from git history, and opening/updating a "prepare release" PR plus a draft GitHub release.
Changes:
- Adds a
workflow_dispatchworkflow with inputs for release/next-snapshot/dependency versions, plus validation and POM-derived defaults. - Updates
pom.xmlviaversions:set/versions:set-propertyand runs a verification build against either released or latest snapshot codegen artifacts. - Generates draft release notes (
git logbetween previous v1.* tag and HEAD), pushes aprepare-release-<version>branch, and creates/updates both a draft GitHub release and a pull request.
