Description

What is the purpose of this pull request?

This pull request:

• Adds a missing final newline to lib/node_modules/@stdlib/math/base/tools/normhermitepolyf/test/fixtures/python/tiny_5.json to fix an EditorConfig lint error detected in the automated workflow.
