Extract external and internal interfaces from the deployed IdentityRegistryUpgradeable contract (Base mainnet 0x8004A169). ERC-8004 (Trustless Agents) is currently Draft status but live on Ethereum mainnet and Base. The Identity Registry provides ERC-721-based agent identifiers with on-chain metadata and EIP-712 wallet binding.
