Update CLA→CRE migration guides to match template README

Summary

  • Rewrites cla-migration-ts.mdx to match the reviewed source of truth (smartcontractkit/cre-templates README) instead of the previously outdated docs:
    • adds the two-layer Security Model, mandatory workflow identity checks (previously and incorrectly documented as optional), consumer gas limit guard, emergency pause, block-number monotonicity/staleness protection, Foundry-based deploy commands, and expanded Compatibility/Out of Scope/Troubleshooting sections.
  • Trims cla-migration-go.mdx to keep only genuinely Go-specific content (concepts, chain support, terminology, trigger code samples) and redirects to the TS guide for the actual Bridge-pattern migration, since no automation-migration-go template currently exists.
