Scraping Wikipedia for topic - List of Fabrics

This is a simple script that scrapes a wikipedia page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_fabrics and stores the information in a csv file.

Data collected:

• Name of the fabric
• Dedicated wikipedia link
• Description - first paragraph from a dedicated link page

Used:

• Beautiful soup
