So it was a Sable issue after all... Should I assume all Sublevel-related-issues belong on the Sable issue tracker and not Aeronautics? Though what particular kind of issues should go to the Aeronautics issue tracker instead of this one?

That's my guess, that all sublevel-specific things unrelated to Create (or atleast Simulated blocks and items?) should go here
