date

Type: System.DateTimeOffset
The date.

yearOffset

Type: System.Int32
The year offset.

useLastDay

Type: System.Boolean
if set to true, the call preserves last day of the month, 2001/02/28 => 2004/02/29.

Type: DateTimeOffset
Updated date.

Usage Note
