- useESModules are removed - loose is removed - legacy in proposal-decorators is removed - if targets are not specified in Babel 8, Babel 8 will resort to the default targets defined in browserslist, and will not transpile most ES6 features. Since in out test cases we assert whether one file has been compiled by its output, specify an very old target, such firefox 2, would yield to the mostly same behaviour as Babel 7
