Description

This pull request updates the navigation structure for the Redpanda SQL documentation in modules/ROOT/nav.adoc. The changes reorganize and expand the navigation to better support upcoming documentation, including placeholders for future content and clearer grouping of topics.

Key documentation navigation changes:

• Added a "Get Started" section with subsections for Quickstart, enabling Redpanda SQL, and an overview, including OLTP vs OLAP and Redpanda SQL vs PostgreSQL comparisons.
• Added new top-level sections for "Query data" (with subsections for querying Redpanda topics and Iceberg) and "Manage Redpanda SQL" (including OIDC configuration).
• Enhanced the "Troubleshoot" section by adding a placeholder for "Memory management".
• Updated comments to indicate ongoing work and placeholders for future documentation, referencing related tickets and drafts.
