.cursor/skills/release/for the/releaseand/release VERSIONflow: bumppyproject.toml, push branchrelease/VERSION, open a PR tomainwith auto-merge. Adds a workflow that runs when a PR fromrelease/*merges intomainand creates a GitHub Release taggedv{version}, which triggers the existing PyPI publish workflow.
