Documents the new capabilities of the 51Degrees RTD provider: IP-derived geo enrichment, the privacy-safe 51DiD identifier emitted into `user.eids`, and the consent forwarding that powers it. ## Changes - Document IPI geo enrichment: `device.ip`/`device.ipv6` and `device.geo.*` populated on high/medium confidence. - Document the 51DiD `user.eids` entry (`source = 51d.es`) and its PMP / TCF / GPP consent-derived usage preference. - Add the `params.tdlUrl` config option feeding the `ext.tdl` array of the eids entry.
