Description

Documentation page for the new Microsoft Clarity RTD Provider module (msClarityRtdProvider).

Adds dev-docs/modules/msClarityRtdProvider.md covering:

• Module overview and how it works
• Configuration parameters (projectId, injectClarity, targetingPrefix)
• All 11 behavioral features — 7 durable (engagement, dwell, scroll, frustration, interaction, readingMode, viewQuality) and 4 transient auction-time snapshots (activityRecency, recentEngagement, auctionAttention, pageMomentum)
• Three output surfaces (site.ext.data, user.data segments, site.keywords) with example JSON
• Warm-start localStorage behavior
• Privacy notes (no PII, consent-aware storage, no cross-site tracking)
