errors セクションを既存の openssl-ja 翻訳に合わせます: - <simpara> → <para> - 'E_WARNING が発生します' → 'E_WARNING レベルのエラーが発生します' これは openssl-decrypt, openssl-cipher-iv-length 等で 使われている既訳のパターンと一致します。
