Rename Rixin Li profile slug to li-rixin and update sitewide references

• This permalink change leaves the publication post generator stale: scripts/ads_to_posts.py still maps Rixin Li to the rixin-li slug, so the weekly generated posts will reintroduce links to the old /team/rixin-li/ URL. Update that registry along with the profile permalink.
