What is it?

• refactor(docs): migrate to ai-helpers

Notes

• removes the internal "documentation" docs in favor of pointing at ai-helpers
• adds a dev friendly unit test for duplicates in docs.json
• removes the old documentation directory and adds in a whitelist for local documents for any future needs around needing a local directory
  • This refactor technically introduces a minimal breaking change for any consumers who may have been using docPath vs the new whitelist of docPaths, but we are still in our beta release cycle so we're opting to do a minimal callout on next release for CHANGELOG.md
• drops 100+ kb from the package
