Added support for macOS Sonoma (14) and Sequoia (15).

Due to an upgrade to folderify v3, support for OSX has been dropped. folderify v2 can be used to generate those icons, but as this repo is a do-once kinda deal, we only require the new icons.

To mirror this change, OSX (10.x) versions now reside in ./icons/OSX, and macOS versions now reside in ./icons/macOS. I know the macOS naming was retroactive, but this way is just easier to differentiate. Alongside this, the root makefile has been updated to now only be scoped to what it can generate, that being everything in ./icons/macOS.
