Update approval disclaimer to irreversibility language

Changes:

• Update button label from 'Approve & upgrade' to 'Start update'
• Update confirmation button to 'Confirm and start update'
• Add disclaimer text: 'OCP updates are irreversible.'
• Maintain 5-second safety timeout (already implemented)
