Summary

• Bump all k8s.io/* dependencies from v0.35.0 to v0.36.2 (Kubernetes 1.36.2)
• Bump Go version from 1.25.0 to 1.26.0
• Bump sigs.k8s.io/controller-runtime from v0.23.1 to v0.24.1
• Remove deprecated github.com/gogo/protobuf (completed upstream migration in k8s 1.36)

What changed

This is a clean mechanical rebase — no source code changes were required. The entire diff is go.mod, go.sum, and vendor/ updates. All k8s.io/* modules are consistently at v0.36.2. OpenShift plumbing deps (api, client-go, library-go) are updated to their k8s-1.36-aligned revisions.
