Add get page content endpoint to Discovery API docs

Summary

• Adds documentation for the new POST /v1/page/{domain} Discovery API endpoint that retrieves the full content of a documentation page by its slug
• Updates discovery-openapi.json with the endpoint spec and adds an MDX reference page across all locales (en, zh, fr, es)
• Adds the new page to the Assistant navigation group in docs.json

Overview
Documents a new Discovery endpoint, POST /v1/page/{domain}, to retrieve the full stitched content of a documentation page given a page slug/path, including 200/400/404 response schemas.

Adds new MDX reference pages for this endpoint across locales (en/es/fr/zh) and updates docs.json navigation to include the new page under the Assistant API section.
