Added UTF-8-BOM Encoding option to StringToFile.java and StringFromFile.java.
Same as issue: Add UTF_8_BOM (Caption UTF-8-BOM) to StandardEncodings Enumeration in Mendix Studio Pro.
Created private account to make modifications. after run of tests I found similar needed to be added also in StringFromFile.java.
