This PR streamlines contributor onboarding by reducing duplication between README and CONTRIBUTING.md.
Key improvements:
• add a clear reference to CONTRIBUTING.md for setup and workflow guidance
• remove redundant setup steps now maintained in the contributing guide
• preserve essential resources (setup videos and key links)
