Document the new AWS Bedrock option for the Claude model that powers Data apps on self-hosted Lightdash instances.

Data apps now read the same AI provider switch as AI Analyst, so operators who already use Bedrock can run Data apps against Claude on Bedrock instead of going directly to Anthropic.
