The import error message changed slightly, now the test should work with current and new versions.
Note: this adds a warning in the tests, which is dealt with in #316.

This cherry-picks a commit from #316 to fix the test suite for Pydantic 2.13.
It also updates
dev-requirements.txt.There's one warning in the test suite, which is already fixed in #316. It's not an isolated, cherry-pickable commit, so I'll live with the warning in the hope that we decide to merge #316 and pull it out if we decide not to.
