[CV-11]: [Chore] Update Marketplace README With Feature Screenshots

• Rewrote all feature descriptions with two-sentence copy — first sentence states the benefit, second explains the concrete behaviour, matching the quality bar of top Marketplace extensions.
• Reordered features to tell a narrative: auto-run leads (most differentiating), followed by highlights and dashboard, then CodeLens, sidebar, hover, and status bar — alternating editor and panel features to avoid repetitive sections.
• Added seven per-feature close-up screenshots (feature-*.png) so each feature has a focused visual alongside its description.
• Replaced single full-width markdown image tags with <img width=""> per image so small UI elements (sidebar, status bar) render at an appropriate size instead of stretching to full page width.
• Added assets/archive/ to .gitignore so old GIF versions are never accidentally committed.
• Bumped to v1.1.1 — patch release to ship the updated Marketplace listing.
