Scope is preserved: @jcode.labs/mimir -> @jcode.labs/ragmir and @jcode.labs/mimir-tts -> @jcode.labs/ragmir-tts. - Rename package dirs packages/mimir-* -> packages/ragmir-* - CLI binary mimir -> ragmir (kb alias kept), MCP tools mimir_* -> ragmir_* - Config dir .mimir/ -> .ragmir/, env vars RAGMIR_* (KB_* aliases kept) - Rewrite README, AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, docs, scripts, and CI workflows - Landing copy and domain mimir.jcode.works -> ragmir.jcode.works - Regenerate the OpenGraph image, committed dist/, and lockfile BREAKING CHANGE: npm package renamed to @jcode.labs/ragmir (and @jcode.labs/ragmir-tts). The old @jcode.labs/mimir packages are retired.
