Add Boston Dynamics Spot quadruped model (also with arm) adapted from mujoco_menagerie. Includes MPC configs, example scripts, and reference generator extension.

  1. Spot and Spot+Arm models with MPC configurations scripts
  2. Modified default reference generator to support generic joint position callback (qref_function)
  3. Extended MPCData with time and extra_qref_data fields
