Description
Updates the WunderGraph Cosmo entry to reflect the current Cosmo product.
The previous entry described older WunderGraph functionality, including JSON RPC APIs,
create-wundergraph-app, Server Side Only GraphQL, and cross API joins. This PR updates the entry to describe Cosmo as an open-source GraphQL Federation platform with a schema registry, composition and breaking-change checks, routing, analytics, distributed tracing, access control, and support for GraphQL Federation v1 and v2.
