This PR introduces a structured markdown prompt to guide AI coding assistants in automating the integration of the
android-maps-composelibrary.Additionally, it packages this guide into a Gemini CLI Skill (
.gemini/skills/android-maps-compose), allowing users of the Gemini CLI to seamlessly add Google Maps Compose to their Android app using a standardized, secure process (including instructions for the Secrets Gradle Plugin).
