feat: Migrates deckgl-points to js-api-samples.

This PR does the following things:

• Refactors the deckgl-points sample to use gmp-map and dynamic library loading.
• Refactors the sample to use imports (a long-standing request).
• Removes progress bar functionality since it's not useful. This let me remove over 50 lines of code, making the sample more concise and easier for developers to understand.
