22 packages were found in need of a release:

• Stuck Releases: Found 4 packages where the .release-please-manifest.json version was ahead of the published npm version. script
• Missed Commits: Found 18 additional packages with unreleased feat, fix, or breaking (!:) commits buried in main. script

Therefore we:

• Determined new release versions (including necessary MAJOR bumps) for all 22 packages based on their unreleased commit history. script
• Forced Releases: Pushed 22 individual empty commits using git commit --allow-empty and the Release-As: footer to manually trigger the release PRs.
