The softwareVersionLen variable doesn't exist in this versions before v3.11.0.
The Software Version Capability (CapSoftwareVersion) was introduced in GoBGP v3.11.0. The commit osrg/gobgp@c556ca4 titled "Add SoftwareVersion capability" was released as part of v3.11.0.
