chore(e2e): Update Expo sample to SDK 57

Bump samples/expo to Expo SDK 57 (expo@57, aligned expo-* and RN
community libs to the published bundledNativeModules manifest). React
Native stays at 0.86.0 (already bumped in #6287).

Fix ExternalLink for expo-router 57's typed-route `href` and refresh a
stale CI comment.

The failed End-to-End Tests V2 / Build RN 0.71.19 legacy hermes android production no check will be fixed with #6387 and is not related with the changes on this PR

The failed End-to-End Tests V2 / Build RN 0.71.19 legacy hermes android production no check will be fixed with #6387 and is not related with the changes on this PR

Proceeding with merging despite the failed check after rerunning it on main and verifying that it started failing there too today
