This PR fixes an issue when puzzles have substrings with no whitespaces that are too long and pushes the right side of the tables out of the viewport.
Note this puzzle, and the screenshot is fullscreen and the buttons are not accesible

This PR adds a max width in both the first and third columns (puzzle and explanation) and a horizontal scroll if needed to scroll its content:

This won't work still in screens that are too narrow, but the design in general is not responsive and other things break even without these long substrings.
