All three tests are failed due to the same reason

RELEASE_IMAGE_LATEST is an empty string, exiting

It seems, there was / is some an infrastructure problem. I can just propose to rerun tests, maybe later, considering your recent tries.

All tries of gitlab-with-oauth-setup-flowtest are failed with an error:

Create a workspace via launching a factory from the gitlab repository 
       Authorize with a gitlab OAuth:
     TimeoutError: Waiting for element to be located By(css selector, *[id="user_login"])

Need to investigate this.

@vinokurig I suggest postponing the merge until we determine the root cause of the test failure
