This PR makes consistent editorial freshness updates:
- Platform terminology: Changes "macOS" to "Mac" throughout, aligning with Docker's platform naming conventions
- Version callout removal: Removes version-specific notes for Docker Desktop 4.35, 4.36, and 4.48 - these are old releases (17+ months and 10+ months old respectively) and removing the callouts aligns with the style guide's freshness guidelines
- Summary bar cleanup: Removes the
summary-barshortcode for "Config profiles" and its corresponding entry indata/summary.yaml, which indicated a version requirement that's no longer relevant
All changes are editorial in nature with no impact on technical accuracy or functionality. The document structure and content remain intact.
