Update tutorial 40 to no longer use ToolInvoker and instead use the Agent component. I think this tutorial is still worth having since it does explain well how the LLM asks for tool calls and it nicely shows how to build a GradIO app.

Apologies the diff looks a bit odd on ReviewNB since I think my local jupyter notebook changed how some of the cells were formatted.

Thank you, @sjrl I like the current version more, no need to talk much in details about how the actual tool call happens. I agree the ReviewNB experience could have been better, though 😞
