test(giveback): Storybook coverage for redesigned surfaces#6257

Ports the giveback.mocks.tsx harness (seeds a real QueryClient via setQueryData on the live query keys, plus Auth/Log providers) and stories for the new/redesigned surfaces: funnel, hero, causes panel, contribution summary, impact roadmap, cause card, filter chip, funding summary, tab nav, sponsor tiers, action catalog/submission, screenshot field, and FAQ. Dropped the GivebackFaqPanel story (we render GivebackFaq directly, no wrapper); the FAQ is covered by the Campaign pieces story.
