DOC-8186 Java FTS SDK Results Cap

Added a note about the FTS search results limit. Added a couple of hyperlinks pointing to docs that reside in the docs-server and docs-devex repos. Also added the preview directory and HEAD.yml file as the docs-sdk-java repo did not have them.

Thanks for pointing this out. We (Richard and I) are completely aligned on this—we actually have a major sweep underway to phase out 'FTS.' Richard has set up a parent ticket with 13 sub-tasks for the individual SDKs, and I’ll take care of these updates to ensure we're consistent with the 'Search Service' naming convention across the board. Appreciate the heads-up!

But I thought you were also going to make the DOC-14016 changes (that we talked through yesterday) at the same time, while you had this file open?

Hi @RichardSmedley, Have taken care of the Note/modification you mentioned. I was thinking of having a different branch and PR for the name change! will take it offline with you.
