docs: add DaoXE OpenAI-compatible provider guide

Summary

• Add a DaoXE model-provider doc under docs/customize/model-providers/more/.
• Configure Continue with provider: openai + apiBase: https://daoxe.com/v1 (no new native provider class required).
• Link from the providers overview and Mintlify nav (docs.json).
• Note multi-protocol scope and that DaoXE is not available in mainland China.
• Link public examples: https://github.com/seven7763/DaoXE-AI

Fixed the prettier-check failure: reformatted docs/docs.json with Prettier in e0533469b.

CLA was already signed after the author rewrite. Continuous AI agent errors look like platform-side failures (Agent encountered an error) rather than doc content issues — happy to adjust if any human review feedback comes in.
