It allows to find programs on monorepo configuration or even global 'node_modules' packages.

I am playing with it but it is fairly slow opening .js files. I am not sure about how to improve performace. Any suggestion is welcome! |

It allows to find programs on monorepo configuration or even global 'node_modules' packages. It also fixes issue #20 .
