op-conductor's RPC server inherited go-ethereum's default HTTP request body limit, which capped payloads committed by op-node via conductor_commitUnsafePayload. Add a WithHTTPBodyLimit option to the op-service RPC handler and use it in op-conductor to raise the limit to 15MB. The option is only applied when set, so other op-service RPC servers keep the go-ethereum default. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
