Added a few packages to fix Profile::Desktop-->KDE Plasma

• This fix issue: Profile::Desktop-->KDE Plasma not loading, missing packages

PR Description:

Added missing components/packages to be installed to make KDE Plasma work correctly after install.

Including:

• plasma-pa : Gets the audio applet to change audio volume.
• kscreen : Ensures KDE Plasma detects resolution and frame rate of the screen, useful for both desktops and laptops.
• kwin : The Window Manager, the primary reason it wouldn't work before. Ensures windows are displayed properly.
