Motivation
When using Boost 1.88 I get a compile error in MockServer.h.
Modifications
expires_from_nowis deprecated and it is now recommended to useexpires_after. This was fixed in all other places in #477, but MockServer was missed.Verifying this change
This change is a trivial rework / code cleanup without any test coverage.
