[Fix](Query Stats) Add QueryStatsRecorder for column-level query and filter - Part1

What problem does this PR solve?

Problem Summary:

Show Query Stats returns only 0, as it is broken . This PR is intended to make Query and Filter Stats to available when
below config is enabled.

  admin set frontend config ("enable_query_hit_stats" = "true");
  set enable_nereids_planner = true;

This is planned as Sequence of PR with incremental capture of more cases later (like Group by, order by, Window and more).
